Biography

American comedian with his own top-rated TV series, "Seinfeld," that played for 140 episodes. After working for nine years on a show with 100 crew members, a dozen writers and the cast, he remarked that he felt as though a leash had been taken off. The final episode, on 5/14/1998, was watched by an estimated 76 million viewers, making it the sixth most-watched entertainment program in TV history.

Seinfeld married 17-year-younger Jessica Sklar in December 1999 and they welcomed a baby girl, Sascha, on 11/07/2000. He had recently purchased a $35 million 12-acre estate in Amagansett, NY to house their nursery.

His first children's book, "Halloween," was published in August 2002.

He and wife Jessica had their second child, a son, Julian Kal on March 1, 2003 in New York City.

The comedian and his wife welcomed their third child, a boy named Shepherd, on August 22, 2005 in New York City.
